Ishanx Payment Solutions is a digital software service (SaaS) operated under Ishanx Studio. We provide payment automation tools, merchant management software, and billing automation services for businesses.

Disclaimer: Ishanx Payment Solutions is NOT a payment gateway, bank, NBFC, or any regulated financial institution. We do not hold, store, process, or manage customer funds, payment card data, or banking information at any point.

2. Third-Party Payment Infrastructure

All payment transactions initiated through our platform are processed exclusively by trusted and authorized third-party payment service providers. Ishanx Payment Solutions acts solely as a software intermediary — providing tools to help businesses initiate, track, and manage payments — without directly handling any monetary transactions or funds.

3. No Fund Storage or Escrow

  • We do not maintain any stored balance, e-wallet, or escrow facility.
  • We do not accept deposits or hold funds on behalf of merchants or customers.
  • We do not facilitate peer-to-peer fund transfers.
  • Settlement is handled entirely by third-party payment providers per their own timelines and policies.

4. Regulatory Position

Ishanx Payment Solutions operates as a technology/software service company. We do not require RBI licensing as we do not perform payment aggregation or fund-holding activities. We operate in compliance with applicable Indian IT laws and data protection standards.

5. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants are fully responsible for: compliance with applicable laws, obtaining required licenses, GST and tax obligations, and maintaining transparent refund policies for their customers.

6. Data & Security Compliance

  • No payment card data stored on our servers.
  • All sensitive data transmitted using TLS/SSL encryption.
  • Access to merchant data restricted and logged.
  • Records maintained only as required for legitimate business and legal purposes.
