1. Scope
This policy applies to subscription fees paid for access to Ishanx Payment Solutions SaaS platform. It does not govern refunds for end-customer payments through merchant payment flows — those are the individual merchant's responsibility.
2. Subscription Refunds
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 7 days of initial payment.
- Request must be emailed to ishanits31@gmail.com within the 7-day window.
- Only the first subscription payment is eligible. Subsequent renewals are not covered.
3. Cancellation Rules
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us.
- Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until end of current billing period.
- No partial-period refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Cancellations after the 7-day window are not eligible for refunds.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Subscription fees after the 7-day window.
- Renewal charges after non-cancellation.
- Usage-based charges already consumed.
- Add-on services, custom development, or setup fees.
- Accounts suspended for Terms violations.
- Third-party payment processing fees — governed by the respective provider's policies.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Review: 2–3 business days after receiving your email.
- Approval notification: By email.
- Refund initiated: Within 3–5 business days of approval.
- Credit in account: 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment method.
6. How to Request

7. Transaction Disputes
Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks for valid charges may result in account suspension.
8. Merchant-Level Refunds
Refunds from merchants to their end-customers are governed by the merchant's own refund policy and the third-party payment provider's policies. Ishanx Payment Solutions is not responsible for merchant-to-customer refunds.
